Our organization provides specialized programs tailored for adolescents, young adults, and adults, including comprehensive clinical services such as assessment, residential care, detoxification, day treatment, intensive outpatient services, and outpatient support. We are proud to be accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO).

Role Summary:

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Full-Time position at our facility. The schedule includes working from Wednesday to Sunday, with hours from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security of the facility by preventing unauthorized access and substances.
  • Provide assistance to staff during challenging situations involving patients or colleagues.
  • Conduct hourly security checks and maintain a log of any violations or suspicious activities.
  • Report safety hazards and maintenance requirements to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor the parking area to safeguard staff and company vehicles.
  • Accompany staff to and from the parking lot upon request.
  • Inspect all exit doors to ensure security for both patients and staff.
  • Complete necessary security documentation accurately.
  • Utilize work orders for any safety or lock issues identified.
  • Notify maintenance of any outdoor lighting failures for prompt repair.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

* A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, substance use disorders, or mental health challenges is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* CPR Certification is a plus.
