We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Project Control Coordinator to support our telecom initiatives. This role is essential for overseeing projects within the telecom sector, specifically in the El Paso County region. The Project Control Coordinator will work closely with the Management Team and will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, tracks, and communicates project status and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Responsible for identifying risks, creating and executing mitigation strategies, and effectively communicating these risks for both self-performed and subcontracted activities throughout all project phases.
  • Provides project management expertise to team members and field engineers, acting as the process manager.
  • Ensures alignment of team objectives, roles, protocols, and business relationships with high-performance standards and the strategic goals of the company.
  • Promotes a culture of accountability and offers constructive feedback and encouragement to team members.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or managing large-scale telecom projects.
  • Proficient in Critical Path Scheduling software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
  • Ability to solve moderately complex problems effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
