Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Creative: Create high-quality designs for print, digital, and web platforms, collaborating with the Marketing Director to develop materials for various campaigns.
  • Digital Platforms: Manage and update website visuals using WordPress, escalating technical issues when necessary, and design and upload visuals in email platforms like Mailerlite and graphic tools like Canva.
  • Photo & Video Editing: Edit photos and simple videos to enhance marketing messaging, ensuring all media projects are executed with attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Project Management: Handle printing requests and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely production, managing marketing tasks and deadlines efficiently, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all internal teams adhere to brand guidelines, training staff on using branding templates (Canva, Adobe) to maintain consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic WordPress skills for updating website content.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage both internal and external audiences.

Preferred:

  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Experience creating visuals for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Canva for design.

Bonus:

  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning new marketing platforms and tools.
  • Previous experience in a non-profit environment or cause-driven work.

Work Schedule:

The typical work schedule will be 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. This is a full-time 40 hrs./week position based at our office in Provo, UT. Occasional local travel may be required for supporting events within Utah County.
