**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee all store operations and team members while acting as Manager on Duty.

+ Enhance sales performance through training, development, and coaching of team members.

+ Ensure safety for both customers and staff by adhering to company protocols.

+ Promote a diverse culture grounded in teamwork and collaboration.

+ Address issues and concerns, making informed decisions while supervising front-end operations to guarantee exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service.

**Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.

+ Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a positive and engaging demeanor.

+ Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ Capability to lift and handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
