Role Overview: The Upper Extremities Sales Associate will closely collaborate with Sales Representatives in the designated area to swiftly gain insights into the medical device sector and the Upper Extremities market, contributing to the expansion of that segment within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process, including case coverage, product marketing, inventory management, and customer conversion.
- Participate in surgical procedures where Stryker Upper Extremities products are utilized, ensuring product availability and guiding surgeons on product application and features.
- Engage with sales teams to identify sales opportunities, deliver exceptional customer service, and strengthen customer relationships.
- After comprehensive product training, customize Stryker's promotional messages based on customer insights, advise on suitable product choices, and address inquiries regarding product functionality.
- Support Sales Representatives in managing Customer Purchase Orders (POs) for accurate invoicing.
- Maintain ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Market the product line effectively, leveraging knowledge of product features and differentiators.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Adhere to compliance standards and ethical practices, safeguarding confidentiality and acting with integrity.
Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, a drive for success, a quick aptitude for learning medical and technical information, and a commitment to building enduring relationships. A competitive nature and a solid work ethic are essential. Previous sales experience is preferred.
