Responsabilidades Clave

Elaborar pizzas, ensaladas y más para lograr el mejor producto final posible Empacar los pedidos de los clientes asegurando una ejecución oportuna, de calidad y consistente Cumplir con todos los estándares de seguridad alimentaria en la preparación y almacenamiento Mantener la tienda limpia y lista para ofrecer la mejor experiencia al cliente Demostrar los fundamentos de la hospitalidad (amigable, preciso y rápido) en cada turno Seguir instrucciones y recibir orientación y dirección de todos los líderes de la tienda Mantener una mentalidad de servicio hacia los demás y ofrecer tu conocimiento para apoyar el éxito del equipo Divertirse y trabajar en conjunto con el equipo para crear una gran experiencia para el cliente

Calificaciones Requeridas

Requisitos Físicos

Como miembro de nuestro equipo, debes tener la capacidad de trabajar en un ambiente de cocina abierta, rotando entre el área delantera y trasera. Esto requiere caminar, doblarse, girar, alcanzar, agacharse, cargar, empujar y tirar, y en general manejar o mover objetos que pesen hasta cincuenta libras. También debes tener la capacidad de operar electrodomésticos de mano, cuchillos afilados y varios equipos de cocina, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, abrelatas industriales, prensas de masa, lavavajillas industriales, hornos muy calientes, etc. Dependiendo de la ubicación, es posible que necesites subir y bajar escaleras y/o usar un ascensor. También debes tener la capacidad de comunicarte e intercambiar información rápidamente en inglés con otros miembros del equipo y otros.

Condiciones de Trabajo


• Altos niveles de ruido debido a las operaciones, clientes y música de fondo (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, rock, punk y alternativo)
• Puede ser en un entorno interior o exterior dependiendo de la tienda (se esperan condiciones climáticas variadas); incluyendo la entrega de pedidos en la acera al cliente
• Trabajará cerca de partes móviles o mecánicas
• Horario variable que incluye noches, días festivos y horas extendidas según lo dicte el negocio
