Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Squad As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pizza Preparation: Prepare and present outstanding pizzas and salads, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for people and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Have a history of consistent attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
  • Age and Certification: Be at least 16 years old and able to obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Food Service Experience: Experience in the food service or retail industry, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • POS and Cash Handling: POS or cashier experience, with a strong understanding of cash handling and customer transactions.
Physical Requirements

As a Team Member, you will work in an open kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires:

  • Physical Demands: Walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, carrying, pushing and pulling, and handling or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Equipment Operation: Operating hand-held appliances, sharp knives, and various kitchen equipment, including industrial can openers, dough presses, and industrial dishwashers.
  • Communication: Communicating and exchanging information quickly in English with team members and others.
Working Conditions
  • Noise Level: High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music.
  • Indoor and Outdoor Setting: Indoor or outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions and potential for delivering orders curbside.
  • Varied Schedules: Work near moving or mechanical parts, with varying schedules to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours.
  • Refrigeration and Freezer Work: Work inside a walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
