Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, and cakes, to meet customer demand and quality standards.
  • Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to corporate and state sanitation regulations, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
