Deliver comprehensive assistance for software, hardware, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, and servers at various client locations.

Conduct maintenance and provide support for legacy systems.

May extend support to Enterprise Products as needed.

Execute disk replacements on enterprise storage solutions.

Install and maintain personal computers along with their associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.

Oversee network products from both operational and maintenance viewpoints.

Perform installations, relocations, additions, and modifications as required.

Test and validate personal computers, networks, servers, and client-approved applications.

Provide follow-up on issues or escalate as necessary.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism in conduct, appearance, and communication.

Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.

Adhere to client-specific Service Level Agreements and ensure incident and request tickets are updated in the ticketing system.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience in an onsite capacity.

Proficient in troubleshooting both software and hardware challenges.

Strong knowledge of servers, Microsoft/Linux/Unix applications, network protocols, and advanced PC support capabilities.

Ability to test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved software applications and peripherals.

Experience with rack and stack operations for enterprise equipment.

Familiarity with break and fix tasks for enterprise equipment is advantageous.

Basic installation skills for standard software tools.

Specific manufacturer certifications (e.g., EMC, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Apple, Unisys, COMPTIA, NETWORKPLUS) are a plus.


Additional Skills and Knowledge:


Expertise in storage solutions; familiarity with products such as PureStorage, Dell, EMC, and Quantum.

Exceptional analytical abilities and client communication skills.

Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

Willingness to travel daily to client sites, primarily within the designated regions.

Desire to learn and grow within the role.

Possession of a valid driving license is essential.
