Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving our signature coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service. If you're passionate about coffee and have a knack for making people happy, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
