School-Based Clinician Job Description

The successful candidate will provide culturally competent, trauma-informed individual, group and family therapeutic services to students and families at Maplewood Middle School and Orange Preparatory Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with other providers and school staff as needed.
  • Participate in relevant community meetings and/or groups.
  • Attend supervision consistently, weekly team meetings, monthly case conferences and quality improvement sub-committee meetings.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Social Work or equivalent field.
  • LSW, LPC or state licensure specific to degree.
  • Experience working with diverse populations in an urban setting.

Salary Range:$65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
