Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a lively active adult community. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving optimal occupancy rates and nurturing positive relationships with our residents.

  • Interact with potential residents through various platforms to highlight our community's offerings.
  • Customize tours to meet the unique preferences of prospective residents.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Assist in organizing community events and activities to enrich residents' experiences.
  • Manage all leasing operations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and report maintenance concerns.
  • Comply with company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Leasing Consultant who can effectively engage with residents and contribute to the overall success of our community.

  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Experience in property management, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, property management software, and CRM applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24.
