Job Description:

Ursus Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Field Marketing Events Manager to lead our newly established field marketing events portfolio in the Food and Beverage industry. The successful candidate will plan, manage, attend, and evaluate strategic field events within the U.S. Food and Beverage market.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with 3+ years of experience building, executing, and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion. They will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate emerging trends and offer thought leadership on field marketing tactics.

The B2B Field Marketing Events Manager will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Sales, as well as external agency partners to deliver bar-raising experiences for our sellers. This role will support Partner Marketing and local Sales business goals and priorities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing quality work from idea through execution, on time and within budget. They will have strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills, and solution-oriented thinking.

This role travels up to 50% of the time within the U.S. and requires the ability to work autonomously on full-cycle event management, logistics, and strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Full-cycle event management and strategy, including shipping logistics, attendee experience and engagement, event booth optimization, budget management, post-event reporting, and more.
  • Establish and lead best practices for Ursus Inc's F&D field marketing event approach, including event selection and prioritization, management, and execution.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to proactively explore other potential channel partnerships that can deliver new customers and revenue to Ursus Inc.
  • Build strong relationships with Channel Partners through consistent communication and onsite event professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify the event, deliver an outstanding attendee experience, and meet product marketing's goals and objectives.
Skills Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • 3+ years experience building, executing, and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion
  • Strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Proven track record of producing quality work from idea through execution, on time and within budget
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas in both written and oral channels and forums
