Role: Social Listening Strategy DirectorObjective
- Formulate and execute a robust social listening framework for the company's diverse brand offerings
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective campaign implementation
- Establish a standardized social measurement system
- Lead the social analytics division and manage external agency partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the social listening strategy for Revlon Inc., ensuring ongoing monitoring of digital conversations
- Evaluate social sentiment, behaviors, and opinions utilizing advanced social listening platforms
- Identify trends and align them with business goals
- Provide strategic guidance on social analytics tools
- Serve as a subject matter authority in social listening to shape marketing strategies

- Independently manage projects and uncover areas for enhancement
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of expertise in social media analytics or measurement
- Proficiency in social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout, and Sprinklr
- Capability to devise strategies and ensure prompt execution with excellence
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated success in influencing and mentoring peers
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
