Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our Sales and Marketing processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and protecting data integrity throughout our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, business partners, and team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and processes
  • Collect and validate data to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions
  • Implement operational procedures that govern our business
  • Support new initiatives and help teams impacted by changes
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays
  • Experience delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm

Compensation

Generally starting at $20.19 per hour, with the actual hourly rate set based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
