Mia Aesthetics is a leading provider of plastic surgery services, committed to making beauty accessible to all. We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for delivering training to our clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide superior patient care. This role will work closely with the Clinical Operations Management Team to ensure our clinics deliver high-quality services consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular clinic visits to provide training and coaching to OR Circulators and OR Sterilizers
  • Monitor and assess clinical skills and competence, providing timely feedback and guidance
  • Develop and lead education programs for OR staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Act as a role model and expert clinical practitioner, demonstrating excellence in patient care
  • Promote a culture of research and evidence-based practice, driving innovation and improvement in patient care
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in training delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Detailed-oriented and able to adapt to changing work environments
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a training delivery role
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching
  • High-level visual and auditory acuity for timely response and patient care assessment activities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly
Travel Requirements
  • At least 50-75% local and out of state travel required
