Clinical Education and Training Role


About the Position:

ENvizion Medical is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Education Specialist, you will play a key role in providing clinical demonstrations and education programs for our ENvizion products. You will work closely with our Marketing team to develop and deliver standardized onboarding and training materials, and collaborate with customers to introduce, promote, and increase the usage of our products throughout their facilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver clinical demonstrations and education programs for ENvizion products
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create standardized onboarding and training materials
  • Work with customers to promote and increase the usage of ENvizion products
  • Provide installation, in-service education, and integration to new clients
  • Maintain awareness of medical and scientific literature to increase expertise related to ENvizion products
  • Serve as a liaison on clinical matters regarding ENvizion products and provide information/feedback to R&D and Marketing teams
  • Represent ENvizion Medical at trade shows, training programs, and events
  • Prepare equipment, materials, and supplies for education programs
  • Maintain certifications and hospital vendor credentialing


Requirements:

  • Life sciences/clinical degree (BSc) or RN
  • At least 1 year of experience providing clinical support in Endoscopy, Operating Room, or Special Procedures, preferably with intra-body navigation technologies
  • Remote-based position with travel

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with different groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and training skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions
