Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of an interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and aides.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve quality and productivity goals, while meeting budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of hospice experience, with prior clinical leadership experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, with CHPN certification preferred.
  • Ability to complete Leader training and education, as well as drive/travel to multiple locations as needed.
