Job Summary:


Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Clinical Officer in a fast-paced, remote environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless onboarding for clinical staff.

As a tech-savvy professional, you'll be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), troubleshooting complex apps, and providing exceptional support to our team. Your Excel skills will be put to the test as you create detailed reports and build dashboards to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the Chief Clinical Officer and team.
  • Own the recruiting coordination process, ensuring seamless onboarding for clinical staff.
  • Anticipate and address needs before they become problems.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), troubleshooting complex apps and providing exceptional support.
  • Create detailed reports and build dashboards to drive results.
  • Assist with HR functions, maintaining employee records and confidentiality.
  • Be flexible and willing to pitch in to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a remote administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Recruiting coordination and onboarding experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with LMS experience and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excel wizardry and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Experience with HR functions and record management.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and data-driven reporting.
