As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including the pool area, fitness equipment, and surrounding spaces.
- Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining accurate records of activities and incidents.
- Recognize and report safety concerns, and take proactive steps to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
