Position Overview

This position is integral to the Sustainability division, focusing on enhancing the thoroughness and precision of data collection, providing actionable insights, and aiding in the execution, management, and refinement of a comprehensive Sustainability Program aimed at advancing the organization's performance in the climate and circular economy sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the global Sustainability team, both in-person and remotely, to achieve business objectives.

· Gather and evaluate data, ensure accuracy, address any issues that may arise, and analyze discrepancies to identify and communicate trends and underlying causes.

· Contribute to annual verification and external reporting processes, ensuring timely and precise preparation and organization of data for the company's inventory, regional regulatory submissions, and other public disclosures.

· Create reports and assist in developing dashboards to track essential sustainability-related metrics and the overall effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.

· Provide leadership and stakeholders with timely reports, including ad-hoc requests, related to greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption, water usage, and circular economy practices.

· Compare the company's sustainability objectives and performance against relevant suppliers, competitors, and clients.

· Propose, develop, and implement continuous improvement strategies to automate data collection processes, enhancing data quality and availability.

· Submit sustainability data to third-party rating organizations and customer surveys.

· Create tools to evaluate current sustainability performance and identify potential areas for enhancement.

· Assist in the execution of the company's sustainability strategy, including the development of training materials.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with significant exposure to quantitative methods and analytics, alongside 2+ years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Excel.

· Capacity to quickly grasp new topics, efficiently analyze information, compile reports, and convey insights to team members, partners, and clients using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

· A strong desire to engage in projects with meticulous attention to detail, while adapting to evolving situations and audiences with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

· Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, effectively managing project deadlines in a flexible, collaborative manner with stakeholders across various time zones.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to a productive workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

· Familiarity with various analytical tools, databases, visualization software, and related solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), along with an understanding of data flows.

· Experience in sustainability-related topics.
