About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Your Co-op. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with a speedy and convenient checkout process
  • Ensuring the store looks presentable for customers
  • Replenishing stock to ensure customers can purchase our wide variety of products
  • Being actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:

  • A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers
  • Enthusiasm and resilience to support your colleagues when the store becomes more demanding
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evening and weekends
  • To be presentable and tidy at all times
  • Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature
