**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician Aide to join our team at the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. As a key member of our staff, you will provide essential support services to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, monitoring their daily activities and providing assistance as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, including performing laundry duties and conducting facility inspections.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Monitor clients' daily living activities and provide support as needed
  2. Assist clients with special needs and ensure their comfort and safety
  3. Conduct facility inspections to maintain a clean and safe environment
  4. Perform laundry duties and other related tasks

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or GED and relevant experience working with clients who have behavioral health disorders and/or intellectual disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
