Key Responsibilities:

  4. Administer medications and monitor patient symptoms">
  5. Provide education on opioid addiction and related medical conditions">
  6. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination">
  7. Document patient progress and outcomes">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Associate's degree with coursework in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience">
  • Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia">
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
