Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents, families, and visitors with questions or concerns, providing timely and professional support.
  • Manage the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, neat, and inviting, and assist with promoting activities and events.
  • Respond to inquiries and facilitate tours of the community, promoting our services and amenities.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors, using strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Meet the requirements of a high school diploma or GED, and possess a strong desire to work with seniors.
