About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at North Pier at Harborside. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless tour experiences, and providing personalized attention to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
  • Answer phones with courtesy, prepare for self-guided tours, and proactively address customer needs
  • Provide resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
  • Facilitate routine service requests, promptly pass them to relevant personnel, and coordinate emergency responses
  • Ensure timely entry of service requests and conduct routine inspections for organized common areas
  • Vigilantly monitor security systems for a secure environment
  • Implement security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.
  • Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
  • Computer literacy and effective communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Bonus Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Fire Safety Certification (New Jersey only)
