Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Thom Child and Family Services. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing home-based early childhood development services to families with infants and toddlers. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to provide support and resources to help them meet the needs of their children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide home visits to assess the developmental needs of infants and toddlers
* Work with parents and caregivers to develop individualized plans to support their children's development
* Provide education and resources to parents and caregivers on topics such as health and safety, nutrition, and child development
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting families

Requirements:

* Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Massachusetts
* BSN preferred
* Ability to work independently and as a team member
* Strong ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners
* Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development
* Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally informed services
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards
* Good computer skills as well as strong documentation skills
* Current driver's license and reliable transportation
* Bilingual/Bicultural a plus
