Pediatric Home Health Nurse Opportunity

Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the Lowell, MA area. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and update the nursing care plan in collaboration with the patient's physician and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Ability to travel to patient homes in the Lowell, MA area.
