COMPANY: Humacyte Global Inc is at the forefront of innovative biotechnology, dedicated to creating universally implantable bioengineered human tissues and advanced organ systems aimed at enhancing patient care and revolutionizing medical practices. Our focus is on developing and manufacturing acellular tissues to address a variety of medical conditions, including injuries and chronic diseases. Our flagship product, the Acellular Tissue Engineered Vessel (ATEV), is currently undergoing late-stage clinical trials for various vascular applications.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our growing team. Candidates should possess the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the Humacyte framework. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the receipt of packages and products across all company sectors.
  • Accurately pick and prepare Humacyte products for shipment to clients.
  • Coordinate shipping activities for both domestic and international orders.
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with current cGMP standards.
  • Safely handle chemically hazardous materials.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in electronic business systems.
  • Lead medium-scale projects focusing on operational excellence and safety protocols.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
  • Support qualification and validation processes.
  • Act as an authorized trainer for key tasks and equipment.
  • Identify and resolve atypical process challenges effectively.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of performance metrics.
  • Facilitate timely completion of root cause investigations and corrective action implementations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while operating material handling equipment.
  • Comply with Humacyte's Quality Management System (QMS), cGMP guidelines, and internal policies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in logistics operations.
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to work independently within established SOPs and scientific methods.
  • Basic logistics skills to perform routine operational tasks.
  • Capability to troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues.
  • Understanding of team dynamics and interdependencies.
  • Strong teamwork skills, contributing to collaborative efforts.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Commitment to safety and compliance with workplace regulations.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or distribution is required.
  • Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
  • Physical ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP standards is preferred.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics GP is strongly preferred.
