POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Warehouse Logistics Associate III will be responsible for executing routine and complex warehouse tasks, including:
- Receiving and processing incoming shipments for various departments
- Picking and preparing Humacyte products for distribution
- Coordinating domestic and international shipping
- Conducting periodic inventory counts
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with cGMP standards
- Ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials
- Utilizing advanced electronic business systems
- Leading medium-scale projects focused on operational excellence and safety
- Creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting qualification and validation processes
- Training team members on critical tasks and equipment
- Identifying and resolving atypical process challenges
- Tracking and analyzing area performance metrics
- Facilitating timely completion of root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Adhering to safety protocols while operating material handling equipment
- Complying with Humacyte's Quality Management System (QMS) and all relevant policies
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in logistics
- Conducting all activities in a compliant and safe manner
- Performing additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Ability to work independently within established procedures
- Basic logistics and operational skills for routine tasks
- Capability to troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues
- Understanding of team dynamics and integration
- Strong team collaboration skills

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Familiarity with cGMP standards preferred
- Experience with MS Dynamics GP is a plus
- Proficiency in executing SOPs and documentation is preferred
