About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Educational Sales Consultant to join our team at Curriculum Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with district-level school administrators to promote our digital and print-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales territory plan to drive revenue growth and meet annual targets
  • Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with high-level school district leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver key sales presentations virtually or in person to promote our products and services
  • Plan and execute regional events and conference attendance/sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and meet territory plan metrics
  • Engage in sales activities to generate revenue and meet territory plan goals
  • Forecast sales results and adjust territory plan to align with annual priorities
  • Set up, maintain, and keep accurate customer contact records within our CRM system

  • Proficient with Programs and Applications like Outlook, SalesForce.com, and Microsoft Office Suite products
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years' equivalent experience in education or educational sales
  • Experience in a SaaS-based sales environment
  • Understanding of the education landscape within the assigned territory
  • Previous experience in assessment and curriculum adoptions
  • Established relationships with district leaders within the assigned territory

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,250-$118,250, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, as well as a 401k plan with employer match. Our employees also enjoy a flexible vacation and sick policy, 12 paid holidays, and a winter office closure between Christmas and New Year's.
