  • Adhere to fair housing regulations and ensure that all interactions with tenants are conducted in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure that all leasing activities are conducted in a seamless and efficient manner.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote our properties and attract new tenants.
Requirements:

Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred. Proficiency in administrative tasks, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of fair housing regulations are essential. Familiarity with property maintenance concepts and LIHTC properties is a plus.
