As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soccer programs to children aged 2-7, promoting their physical and personal development through our 3Cs approach: Coaching, Curriculum, and Communication.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 30-40 minute curriculum-guided classes, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the session
- Work collaboratively with the Soccer Shots team to ensure seamless program delivery
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance coaching skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the growth and success of Soccer Shots - Philadelphia, promoting our mission to positively impact children's lives
- $22-28 per hour as a lead coach, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance
