About the Role

Oak Street Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Reporting and Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data analytics and reporting to support our mission of rebuilding healthcare as it should be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics and reporting roadmap to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Lead a high-performing team of data analysts and business intelligence developers to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics and reporting into our care delivery model
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve our analytics capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of analytics insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality insights and recommendations
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of data and business intelligence tools and technologies, including Azure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytics insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Undergraduate degree required
