About Mytra

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify the best Mytra application for customer operations, considering our current and future capabilities.
  • Guide customers on required data for initial application analysis and input into Mytra's simulation.
  • Analyze client data sets to define scope and scale of the initial application and optimal approach for expanding within the facility and throughout the customer's full network.
  • Develop warehouse, distribution, and/or fulfillment operations process flows and diagram overviews.
  • Support critical business metric development, including unit economics of a generic Mytra grid and each customer deployment.
  • Recommend changes to assumed performance specs and targets for the system in partnership with engineering and operations leads.
  • Partner with the Software team to develop and evolve our simulation tool and inventory optimization software.
  • Simulate customer solutions, new concepts, and prototypes, interpreting results and leveraging output for designs and customer value.

Example Projects
  • Utilize different tools to interpret customer data sets, reflecting metrics pertinent to a final solution.
  • Configure layouts to accommodate customer needs and maximize Mytra effectiveness.
  • Analyze differences between warehouse automation and Mytra's solution.
  • Communicate customer needs and requirements to the Mytra Product team to execute the next generation of Mytra's solution.
  • Travel to customer sites to gather data for a full system analysis and final proposal.
  • Understand customer benefits Mytra provides and create ROI analyses reflecting those savings.

Requirements
  • Experience with data interpretation and simulation.
  • Comfort with working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and realize mistakes, pivoting as needed.
  • Experience visiting customer sites and communicating with customers.
  • Understanding of modern automation and its applications in various use cases.
  • Experience using simulation to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Salary Range / Pay Disclosure
The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$130,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
