General Sales Manager

Peak Performance Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a positive sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives
  • Lead and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to discuss performance and set goals
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create effective sales campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
Certifications and Licenses:

Operator Driver's License; State Inspection License
