  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Work with IT infrastructure leaders and service providers to resolve site-specific issues and needs.
  • Participate in IT projects, including local site infrastructure projects and global technology projects.
  • Assist in gathering technical requirements and developing project solutions.
  • Provide support for environments and infrastructure products.
  • Assist in IT audits and deliver appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related information technology or infrastructure experience.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of current trends, best practices, and technology within the End User Compute and Collaboration technology area.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Autopilot, CoPilot, Intune, and Power Apps.
  • Ability and willingness to support multiple sites and travel as needed.
  • Must possess a valid US driver's license.
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
