Key Responsibilities

This role involves supporting the Slots Operations Division with maintenance and repair tasks, aiming to reduce downtime and enhance guest satisfaction. Under the guidance of the Slot Technician Manager, you will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot machines and related gaming devices.


• Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions

• Promptly report any illegal activities or ethical concerns

• Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service


Qualifications

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regularly required to stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Must effectively communicate with guests and team members in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to navigate various surfaces and environments, including potential hazards.
  • Physical demands include lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds, and using equipment that may exceed 100 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching are necessary.
  • Exposure to various environmental factors, including smoke and strong odors.
  • May need to assist in emergency situations.
