Key Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES


Adhere to all company policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations regarding health and safety.

Actively participate in training sessions and safety meetings relevant to the role.


Conduct routine inspections of facilities and systems, documenting all maintenance activities.

Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other fixtures as needed.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance work and technical data.


Assist in managing vendor relationships and procurement processes for maintenance supplies and services.

Facilitate communication between department heads, staff, and external contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and manage requisitions for parts and supplies, coordinating with the purchasing department on order statuses.

Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company standards.

Promote a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and management. A high school diploma or technical certification is required, along with three to five years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance.

Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and regulations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Must be flexible with scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Seminole Tribe prioritizes hiring Native American candidates who meet the qualifications for this position. Candidates must also be prepared to undergo a background check as part of the employment process.
