Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries.
  2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  3. Consistently provide superior service in accordance with Prism Health Care Services' quality standards.
  4. Process customer orders, quotes, and returns via email, fax, and phone communication.
  5. Accurately input and update customer orders and information in our order management systems.
  6. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
  7. Keep clients informed by confirming and clarifying their orders courteously.
  8. Support the sales team as needed.
  9. Assist Service Engineers when required.
  10. Maintain accurate records by filing orders and related documents.
  11. Continuously enhance your knowledge of our key product offerings.
  12. Provide assistance to team members during their absences.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures while reporting necessary changes.
  14. Contribute to team success by achieving related goals.
  15. Engage in personal development and growth opportunities.
  16. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly and accurately. The ability to articulate complex information effectively is crucial.

Proficiency in computer applications, particularly in order management systems, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

A proven track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is necessary.
