YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES


As a Parts Research Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment by delivering accurate and timely support and customer service for both internal and external clients regarding parts inquiries.

Your daily tasks will include preparing detailed quotes and managing order requests tailored to specific equipment types. You will address parts discrepancies by researching, analyzing, and resolving issues related to purchases, shipments, and deliveries. Maintaining precise records across various systems and diligently entering relevant data into the company’s databases is essential.

You will handle incoming calls, expertly responding to inquiries about industrial equipment parts. You will utilize web-based tools, Adobe applications, hard copy manuals, and microfiche to conduct thorough parts research, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PARTS RESEARCH ANALYST
We are seeking a candidate who can work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and meets the following qualifications:

Exceptional customer service and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail, including accurate data entry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred but not mandatory.
