Operations Manager Job Description

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business or related discipline.
  • Experience: 5-10 years' related experience, including at least 3-5 years in a management role.
  • Knowledge: Proven knowledge of HVAC operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to review, analyze and act on operational KPI's and P&L statement data, interact with vendors and customers, and make strong decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor and develop associates, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to provide leadership and guidance to others.
