Job Title: WellSky Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled WellSky Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Ideal Force. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for triaging and resolving production support issues for the WellSky Claims processing application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis and support to triage functional and/or technical issues
  • Consult/engage with product/development support, as required, to resolve reported issues
  • Develop, review, and elicit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed enhancements
  • Evaluate and recommend business process improvements within the scope of supported business applications
  • Coordinate management and execution of testing activities for system enhancements
  • May assist with coordination of workflow, training, and mentoring of support staff, as required
  • Deliver presentations, communicate relevant project information to management and peers, and serve as a key participant in team and customer meetings
Requirements:
  • Five years of specific business applications experience required as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator
  • Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required, system development life cycle, and project management principles required
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient computer skills, including basic office applications and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Held desk or Production Support environment
  • Experience administering/configuring systems and associated feature enhancements and changes
Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

This is a hybrid position requiring some on-site presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business applications, system development life cycle, and project management principles.
