Business System Analyst (Healthcare)

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to join our team at Irvine Technology Corporation. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a vital role in determining the scope and requirements of each IT project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT department and business leaders to prepare reports outlining project specifications, requirements, and scope.
  • Develop and utilize standard templates to write requirements and specifications accurately and concisely.
  • Participate in system and project testing procedures to ensure that systems meet functional requirements.
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Assist in the development and peer reviews of business requirements to ensure correct interpretation.
  • Determine and design end-user training and curriculum for applications and systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience with knowledgebase, defect tracking, and requirements-related software systems.
  • Three years' experience in SDLC methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Education, or Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
