Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have entry-level management experience, preferably in high-volume hotels or restaurants, and possess exceptional guest service and employee relations skills. They will be able to work without close supervision, communicate effectively, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily shift operations, open and close restaurant shifts, and ensure completion of assigned shift checklist and other duties.
  • Knowledge of all functions and duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary.
  • Create floor plans for shifts and ensure the restaurant is staffed according to business needs.
  • Interact with guests and set a strong example of guest service.
  • Assist team members on the floor with guests during meal periods and high-demand times.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure the guest is content with the overall experience by touching tables and initiating service recovery when necessary.
Administrative Skills
  • Assist in developing reports as instructed.
  • Knowledge of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, payroll software, POS).
  • Effective communication not limited to daily log notes composition, emails, verbal and written forms, etc.
  • Control and maintain food and beverage cost as per company COGS goals.
Requirements
  • Possesses entry-level management experience, preferably in high-volume hotels or restaurants; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional guest service and employee relations skills.
  • Bilingual preferred; English fluency required.
  • Understanding of Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Bar/Lounge department procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including paid time off, maternity leave, parental leave, monthly bonuses, employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays, and much more.
