Position Overview:

Key Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the cannabis sector, including cash handling, product expertise, inventory management, compliance standards, and auditing processes.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial capacity within a specialized retail environment, with experience managing one or more locations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software like LeafLogix and METRC.
  • Age & Licensing: Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Compliance: Ability to pass all necessary background checks as mandated by state cannabis regulations.
