Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager with Jason Colvin - State Farm Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences that drive the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and passion for helping others make you an ideal fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone and in-person, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the service team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer service-related issues.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including event planning, mail campaigns, and social media management, to promote the agency and attract new clients.
- Manage SFPP (payment) issues, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any discrepancies or concerns.
- Conduct customer service surveys and gather referrals to enhance the agency's reputation and attract new business.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, providing empathetic and effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Provide training and support to new clients, showcasing the agency's services and benefits.
- Encourage clients to leave Google reviews, promoting the agency's online presence.
- Perform other service-related tasks as assigned by the agent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance agency or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Current licensure is highly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to handle complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Capacity to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- $46-65k base salary, plus bonuses and commission opportunities.
