Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced support for workstations and laptops
  • Facilitate remote assistance tailored for a hybrid workplace
  • Diagnose and rectify issues related to workstations and laptops
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve user inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing IT operations
  • Document problems and solutions for the IT team and users
  • Be available for on-call support as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience in a Windows-centric environment
  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and virtual systems
  • Previous support experience in the financial sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills across various levels
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proficiency in video conferencing tools
  • Knowledge of Windows 11, Outlook, Office 365, and SharePoint
  • Experience with desktop security solutions and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with devices such as Lenovo Desktops, MSFT Surface, iPhones, iPads
  • Understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager and MDM systems
  • Experience with MFA solutions and IT infrastructure fundamentals
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus
