Job Summary:

This customer-facing, non-exempt client PC/Printer field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to client's PC Products customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure hardware, software, and simple network components
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot PC and printer issues
  • Work with escalation personnel to remediate PC/print issues
  • Provide technical/mechanical support to customers
  • Balance and prioritize multiple activities and issues
  • Exercise solid business-based decision-making skills
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools and alignment apparatus
  • Ability to logically and systematically troubleshoot hardware problems on printers
  • Strong interpersonal verbal/written skills, especially in person, on a customer site
  • Attention to detail and commitment to administrative responsibilities
  • Independent thinking while adhering to standard technological/mechanical and business procedures
What We Offer:

BCforward offers a competitive pay range of $22/hr to $25.09/hr, with opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities.

This is a contract position with an anticipated duration of 24+ months.
