Job Title: ALM Tools Admin

Join our team as an ALM Tools Admin at Signature Consultants, a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. As an ALM Tools Admin, you will be responsible for administering Micro Focus ALM tools, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing top-notch support to our engineering project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer QC server licenses to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Create new users and projects, and configure tools to meet business needs.
  • Monitor usage and report on tool performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Quality Center customization support to ensure tools meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering domains to support ALM tool-related topics.
  • Deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects, and develop training materials to educate users.
  • Develop and train team members on ALM tool support, and serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries.
  • Support users by creating tool-related scripting and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Extract charts and dashboards from ALM tools, and monitor configuration manager, change, and problem resolution manager to extract audit reports.
  • Pilot new tools, perform tests with IT organization before upgrade or new tool roll out.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries in the interest of the customer and business.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
